Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Regional Sales Representative based in the Pacific Northwest to join our sales team supporting our Alvarado Security Division. This individual is responsible for presenting and selling B2B products and solutions to end users in collaboration with security integrators, security specifiers, and end users.
This remote position will cover Alaska, Arizona, Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Montana, & Utah
Hiring salary range: Base Salary $90,000 – $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

- Manages existing accounts and pursues company generated and independently developed leads
- Maintains and develops an expansive network of security integrators
- Serves as a technical resource to specifiers and clients
- Searches for relevant bid opportunities
- Provides technical materials (drawings, specifications, etc.) per project requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years successful B2B sales experience
- Travel — 30% – 40%
- Security industry and integrator sales experience
- Experience selling technical products
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Software (CRM) – Salesforce
