What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead strategic relationships with hyperscalers, system integrators, and managed services partners to enhance Git Lab adoption in Japan
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Drive partner-sourced demand generation activities aligned with regional sales objectives
  • Collaborate with sales teams to integrate partners throughout the sales cycle and support Net ARR performance
  • Prepare and deliver partner-facing presentations and reports communicating strategy and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience selling software development tools and application lifecycle management solutions through strategic partnerships
  • Background working with hyperscalers such as AWS and Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of the partner ecosystem and cloud market in Japan with an established network
  • Track record in building and managing partner ecosystems, including recruitment and go-to-market activities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across organizations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in B2B software sales, ideally in open source and independent software vendor environments
  • Openness to diverse backgrounds and transferable skills related to ecosystem sales
