What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for new logo accounts, from discovery to closing high-value subscription deals
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with industry stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with Product Sales Executives and Engineers to create effective customer solutions
  • Develop and execute sophisticated territory plans to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to expand the customer base and enhance client success
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed annual sales quotas of $1M or more
  • Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite
  • Experience in crafting and closing robust SaaS solutions in a competitive market
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in the construction industry or selling SaaS products tailored for construction firms
  • Familiarity with ERP solutions and their application in construction technology
