Licensed Insurance Sales Representative; Remote

• Engage in outside sales activities to identify and develop new client relationships
• Conduct insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
• Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance
• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing campaigns and improve sales processes

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions
• Proficiency in sales administration tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of industry regulations such as HIPAA to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively serve diverse client populations
• Familiarity with marketing techniques, including telemarketing and digital outreach strategies
• Customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships
