What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Prospect, develop, and close new enterprise sales opportunities while creating strategic territory plans
  • Drive new business acquisition with net new logos and exceed sales quotas
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales performance
  • Consult and support prospective customers using in-depth industry knowledge
  • Share customer-driven insights across the organization, influencing product and business development
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and accurately forecasting results
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time for customer meetings, trade shows, and events
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and capability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • History of exceeding sales quotas of $1 million or more
  • Experience selling to CHROs, financial advisory firms, or hospital systems
  • Background as a zero to one leader, thriving in building businesses from the ground up
  • Experience in high-level engagements as a thought leader across sectors
