What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for North American boutiques and specialized partners
  • Recruit, develop, and maintain partner contacts for sales and delivery
  • Develop and execute the partner business plan while ensuring knowledge sharing with team members
  • Drive the Blue Prism enablement program within partner organizations to enhance service delivery competency
  • Conduct sales presentations to partners and mutual clients until they achieve self-sufficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 8+ years of experience in an Alliance/Partner sales environment with proven success
  • General understanding of the complex solution sales cycle and a successful track record in Partner Sales
  • Strong ability to develop long‑term relationships and manage a virtual team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to thrive in a high‑pressure environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the software industry, preferably in AI, BPM, or Automation
  • Inquisitive and tenacious with the ability to identify new opportunities
  • Credible at both executive and operational levels with high business acumen
  • High energy with a passion for the role
