• Manage inbound leads by responding to inquiries and qualifying prospects based on their needs
• Engage prospects through initial discovery calls, emails, and chats to create interest in the employer's offerings
• Schedule meetings for senior sales team members to further engage qualified leads
• Educate prospects about the employer's features and benefits to ensure they understand the value of the solutions
• Track interactions with prospects and manage lead data in the CRM to ensure accurate follow‑ups

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospects
• Passion for understanding customer needs and offering solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with CRM tools and experience managing leads efficiently
• Experience using AI tools to support research and workflow efficiency

• 2‑5 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or similar role
• Familiarity with Word Press and managed hosting services
• Proven track record of generating leads and setting up successful sales conversations
