Remote Transportation Sales Executive

We're seeking a Remote LTL Cradle to Grave Freight Broker / Sales Executive to join a fast-growing logistics team.

GPAC has partnered with a leading logistics company that is growing and needing the right person to help lead their LTL transportation Sales. Here is what they are looking for from their next hire.

• A hunter mentality with a proven track record in freight brokerage or logistics sales
• Someone who can bring or build a book of business and is ready to produce from day one
• Experience working with North American lanes (Cross border is helpful)
• Ability to close deals, build relationships, and deliver consistent freight volumes

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a LTL Freight Broker or Sales Executive in logistics
• Demonstrated sales history - you must provide your professional relationships with documentation of sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a "make it happen" attitude

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new customers in the freight/logistics space
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service execution
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
