Education & Experience:- Direct Sales
Experience:
2-5 years of direct sales experience is essential, specifically in roles requiring you to meet targets, prospect leads, and close sales. - Proven Track Record: Success in past sales roles, including experience with cold calling and prospecting, is required.
- Education: A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in a general marketing role is preferred. Experience in the private school or education industry would be an asset.
- Tech Proficiencies: Experience using Hub Spot or another client database platform is considered an asset.
Job Duties & Outcomes:
- Lead Generation & Documentation: Upkeep and perform assigned tasks in the sales system, ensuring all prospects are moved through the customer journey with proper documentation.
- Meeting Coordination: Turn client opportunities into booked meetings and complete profile and meeting prep documents with the Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Strategic Support: Support the agency’s strategic initiatives and work closely with our Revenue Management Team to support marketing activities as assigned.
- Reporting & Strategy: Manage weekly reporting on macro and micro outcomes and present quarterly learnings and future forecasting results.
- Process Development: Document plays, prospecting processes, and learnings into Metric’s sales playbook.
- Brand Representation: Represent Metric Marketing to clients with character and professionalism.
