Remote Outbound Sales Representative

As an outbound sales representative, you will carry out duties such as:

• Call potential clients to educate them on our lawn care services and programs, enrolling them in a program that benefits their lawn and meets their needs.
• Call existing clients to renew their service or upsell an additional service to their current program.
• Meet or exceed the quota per calling list requirement.
• Enter order information into the client database.
• Follow up with leads obtained from our website and Door‑to‑Door Representatives.

• Able to work remotely (Work from home).
• Personal computer on Ethernet (not Wi‑Fi) with capability to run cloud‑based programs/Zoom.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound cold‑calling.
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple web pages.
• Strong sales, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Multi‑tasking and time‑management skills.

Salary: $18.00 per hour + commission, commission only
