Job Summary:We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the Entity Keeper sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for targeted outbound outreach, proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers who manage complex entity structures and compliance requirements. You’ll partner closely with sales and marketing to generate pipeline, uncover prospect needs, and schedule demonstrations for the sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative conversations, is motivated by meeting and exceeding targets and goals, and wants to build a career in sales at a growing company.
* This role is in person at our office in Charlotte Monday - Thursday with remote work on Fridays.
Responsibilities:- Proactively source and engage prospective customers through outbound email, phone, and other sales engagement channels.
- Research and identify target accounts and contacts aligned with Entity Keeper’s ideal customer profiles.
- Qualify prospects by identifying business challenges, confirming fit, and aligning them with our offerings.
- Schedule demonstrations for Account Executives by clearly articulating the value of our platform and services.
- Manage and maintain accurate lead and activity information in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Stay current on product updates, client use cases, and regulatory or compliance trends affecting prospects.
- Contribute to process improvements and help shape SDR best practices as the team scales.
- Strong desire to be in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Coachable, curious, and motivated to learn and succeed in B2B SaaS sales.
- Ability to listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and uncover operational pain points.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
- Experience in the SaaS, legal tech, compliance, or governance-related solutions
