- 3-5+ years of sales or consulting experience focused on public sector organizations
- Proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives and influence decision-making
- Deep understanding of public sector partner ecosystems and experience in technical solution selling
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
- Familiarity with public sector contracting and pricing processes
- Experience with fulfillment and resell partners to enhance deal execution
- Knowledge of how to leverage partners for customer implementation and new revenue opportunities
- Understanding of State/Local Government and Higher Ed markets
- Active relationships with key partner executives to boost Twilio’s market position
