What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive new customer acquisition with a quota for net new bookings
  • Establish deep relationships with strategic prospective customers in the public sector
  • Leverage expertise to build programs that drive social impact and account development
  • Collaborate with partners to expand market share in the government and nonprofit sectors
  • Manage and forecast sales performance using CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 6+ years of experience selling complex, technical products or relevant customer-facing experience in consulting
  • 3-5+ years of sales or consulting experience focused on public sector organizations
  • Proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives and influence decision-making
  • Deep understanding of public sector partner ecosystems and experience in technical solution selling
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with public sector contracting and pricing processes
  • Experience with fulfillment and resell partners to enhance deal execution
  • Knowledge of how to leverage partners for customer implementation and new revenue opportunities
  • Understanding of State/Local Government and Higher Ed markets
  • Active relationships with key partner executives to boost Twilio’s market position
