Liveops is expanding our network of licensed Life & Health insurance agents who want the flexibility of remote work in a non-captive sales model

As an Independent Contractor with Liveops, you’ll take warm inbound calls from customers actively shopping for insurance—
no cold calling, no carrier exclusivity, and no pressure to push a single product
.

• Handle warm inbound calls from customers seeking insurance solutions
• Consult with customers to recommend appropriate Life & Health coverage
• Convert qualified leads into issued policies
• Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions accurately
• Operate independently while delivering a professional, high-quality sales experience

• Active Life & Health licenses that meet one of the following:
  • Resident of Texas or Florida with active resident Life & Health licenses
  • Resident of a Liveops-sourced state holding active California Life & Health licenses
  • Active Life & Health licenses in your resident state plus two additional non-resident states
• Consultative or inbound sales experience
• Comfort working in a multi-carrier, non-captive environment
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently

• $0.32 per minute of talk time
• 3.20% commission on issued New Annualized Premium (applications with payment)
• Invoice and receive payment for completed services
• Earnings based on productive talk time plus commissions
• Independent Contractors (1099) are responsible for their own taxes and expenses
• Holding multiple state licenses may increase call volume and earning potential
• 2024 agent averages: $24–$54/hour (not guaranteed; varies by performance and time committed)
