Location: Germany

Join a fast-growing European cybersecurity SaaS company as the first dedicated Enterprise Account Executive for Germany. This role is critical to establishing and scaling the enterprise customer base in the German market, with opportunities to support broader regional coverage as the team expands.

You’ll represent a highly specialized, AI-driven cybersecurity platform with minimal direct competition and a strong reputation within the security community. Your mission is to win new enterprise logos, expand existing strategic accounts, and help define the go-to-market motion for Germany.

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, Europe, you’ll operate with high ownership, autonomy, and visibility—playing a foundational role in the company’s international growth strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales:Own the entire sales process from outbound prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and close.
  • New Logo Acquisition: Build and execute a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities in Germany, targeting complex, high-value accounts.
  • Account Expansion: Grow existing enterprise customers through upsell and expansion strategies focused on long-term value and retention.
  • Consultative Selling: Deliver tailored product demos and value-based presentations to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Feed customer insights back into Product and GTM teams to influence roadmap priorities and market positioning.

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience managing full enterprise sales cycles
  • Proven success selling cybersecurity or complex SaaS solutions in Germany
  • Strong track record of new logo acquisition and market expansion
  • Native-level German and fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Highly target-driven, resilient, and comfortable operating in a greenfield market
  • Excellent CRM discipline and data-driven sales approach

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience selling to enterprise security, IT, or risk teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Hub Spot, Linked In Sales Navigator, Gong, High Spot, or similar
  • Background working in fast-scaling, international SaaS environments
