• Support an account portfolio by providing exemplary customer service and product knowledge through telephone interactions
• Quote Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accurate pricing in all quotes while managing assigned accounts proactively
• Identify new sales opportunities and provide technical support and quotes to customers
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customer locations and provide after-sales service
• Collaborate with internal teams and resources to enhance customer satisfaction and manage sales strategies

• Must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person
• Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience
• Developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
• Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision
• Strong problem-identification and decision-making skills in straightforward situations

• Experience in sales or customer service within a technology or distribution environment
• Specific certifications related to sales or technology products
• Strong analytical skills for competition analysis and market research
• Familiarity with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance
• Proficient in using CRM software or sales management tools
