Business Development Representative (BDR)
Are you a driven BDR who knows how to open doors, spark conversations, and build real pipeline? Do you understand how to sell value — not just services — into US and UK markets?
We are a fast-growing Remote BPO Company, and when hired, you will work with one of our internal divisions focused on placing high-performing South African talent into US and UK companies.
This is not just outreach. This is strategic positioning.
You will represent our remote workforce solutions — virtual assistants, remote employees, and long-term staffing support — while being a live example of the professionalism and capability of South African talent.
What You’ll Be Doing- High-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, Linked In)
- Strategic B2B outreach to companies in the US and UK
- Identifying companies hiring remote employees or offshore talent
- Booking qualified meetings for senior sales leadership
- Running structured email marketing sequences
- Conducting discovery-style qualification calls
- Building targeted prospect lists
- Working closely with internal recruitment and operations teams
- Maintaining CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting
- Consistently hitting activity and booking KPIs
This role combines volume + strategy.
You must know how to move fast while staying intentional.
What We’re Looking For- Minimum 2 years of BDR experience (required)
- Experience selling B2B services
- Experience with cold calling and high-volume outbound
- Experience booking meetings consistently
- Comfortable selling into US and/or UK markets
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Confident, polished communicator
- C1 English proficiency (required)
- Full-time availability - EST (required)
- Long-term mindset
- Industry or staffing experience preferred
- You must be resilient, persuasive, and comfortable selling a value-based solution.
- Base Salary:
Competitive - Commission structure on top of base salary
- Strong earning potential based on performance
As a Remote BPO Company, we specialize in sourcing, managing, and supporting South African talent for global companies. If hired, you will represent our internal talent solutions division and work directly with companies looking to build remote teams.
You won’t just sell remote staffing — you’ll position African talent as a strategic advantage.
Work Schedule- Work hours:
9am to 5pm EST - Full time, Monday through Friday.
