Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by closing customer contracts and building a robust pipeline
  • Develop and execute territory strategy plans, expanding the install base and generating demand
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Utilize internal tools to maximize customer information and enhance sales effectiveness
  • Provide direction and recommendations to the extended territory team to increase efficiency and strategy
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience with Enterprise/Fortune accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions to IT, Learning, and Engineering leaders
  • Strong negotiation skills for multi-year recurring revenue contracts
  • Background in business development and heavy prospecting to create new opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling products in the growth stage
  • Established network of connections with IT leaders in large enterprise businesses
  • Solution sales experience in identifying market size and focus
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to navigate and manage complex sales cycles
