What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
  • Manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
  • Stay informed about industry trends and gather market intelligence to inform sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with CRM technology such as Sales Force
  • Proficiency with MS Office and telecommuting software including Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and colleagues effectively
