End-to-End Sales Officer - REMOTE

In this role, you will play a vital part in driving the sales process, managing leads, and closing deals. • Generate and manage your own leads; own the sales funnel from outreach through close and handover.
• Use AI-powered outreach, personalization, and scheduling to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Lead discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and relationship teams; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.

• Proven track record in end-to-end sales with consistent closing performance.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted outreach and CRM-driven selling; strong negotiation skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to manage a full-cycle sales pipeline; fluent in English.
• Experience in healthtech, wellness, or enterprise SaaS sales is a plus.
• Previous work with channel/partner models or higher-ticket consultative sales is highly regarded.

• Commission-based compensation with fast-start bonus structure increasing commission up to 20% during the first three months.
• Base salary ranging from USD $500 to $1,000 per month after initial ramp period, based on performance.
• Standard commission of 10% on all products and services, plus potential performance bonuses.
• Independent Contractor status with payment in USD via bank direct deposit and invoicing monthly.
• Opportunity for paid time off based on performance and exceeding KPIs.
