Overview
Channel Zero Inc. (CHZ) has an opportunity for a Hybrid Full-time Digital Operations Coordinator. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and adaptable Digital Operations Coordinator to support multiple leaders within the sales and marketing departments. This junior, jack-of-all-trades role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, marketing support, campaign execution, and project management while working directly with our Research Manager, Salesforce Administrator, Digital Campaign Manager, and Sales & Marketing Leadership Team.
You’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving, campaigns on track, and department operations running smoothly — freeing up managers to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities- Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Process and track new Owned Digital campaign orders across Display, Video, Newsletter, and Connected TV channels, ensuring accurate entry into tracking systems.
- Collect, organize, and attach creative assets for campaigns, ensuring timely setup and smooth execution.
- Monitor campaign launches and pacing, confirming campaigns start on time and deliver according to plan.
- Work with business unit and divisional staff and vendors, to maintain the effectiveness, availability, reliability and security of information technology services.
- Generate campaign performance and tracking reports to provide visibility for Sales, Marketing, and Accounting teams.
- Research & Reporting Support
- Partner with the Research Manager to gather data, compile insights, and assist with market analysis projects.
- Generate and distribute weekly pre-log and post-log sales reports, providing accurate and timely insights for the Sales Team.
- Support digital inventory and avails reporting to assist with sales planning and campaign management.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to update records, maintain data accuracy, and generate CRM-driven reports that support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Billing & Financial Support
- Executive & Department Support
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning Salesforce (CRM experience preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with project management or processes is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
- Interest in marketing, research, and sales operations.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Exposure to sales, marketing, research, and project management across multiple teams.
