Position: Key Account Manager Automotive OEM (all genders)
Location: Germany

Your role

As a Key Account Manager (all genders) at SYNAOS, you will assume overall responsibility for one of our most strategically important customers. You will be the central point of contact for all business, professional, and technical issues and will develop the partnership over the long term. With your understanding of complex intralogistics processes, you will identify potential for expansion, support strategic decisions, and ensure that our software has a lasting impact on the customer.

Your

mission
  • You provide comprehensive support to a large, internationally active automotive OEM.
  • You enable your customer to scale their intralogistics by providing strategic, professional, and technical advice.
  • You identify expansion potential at the various locations and define further projects with your customer.
  • You maintain and manage the customer s project pipeline.
  • You pitch the added value of our software solutions to customers (on-site and remotely) up to C-level.
  • You coordinate the sales process in collaboration with all internal stakeholders.
  • You prepare and manage quotations, negotiate independently, and conclude contracts.
Your profile
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the fields of intralogistics, mobile robotics, and software
  • A degree in engineering with a focus on logistics or manufacturing is desirable
  • Understanding of structures and processes in large international corporations
  • Open manner and strong communication skills
  • Passion for working directly with customers and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Business fluent written and spoken German and English
