What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Review and validate litigation and consumer complaint data related to U.S. consumer credit laws
  • Ensure data accuracy and alignment across internal databases and customer-facing products
  • Register and track sales leads in the CRM, ensuring proper follow-up and communication
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for sales leadership
  • Produce standard and ad hoc data reports to support internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales leads
  • Ability to analyze and validate data for accuracy and relevance
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on follow-up tasks
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data operations or sales support role

  • Familiarity with consumer complaint data and credit laws
  • Experience in a software or technology company
  • Proficiency in data management tools and reporting software
