What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop targeted customer campaigns to increase sales of Masoneilan MRO Aftermarket products
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of industry segments to identify key applications and customer value propositions
  • Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders to create proposals
  • Engage directly with end users and key customer influence centers to drive Aftermarket MRO growth
  • Conduct technical sales calls and training sessions for customers and Channel Partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or 10+ years of related valves technical solutions experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service with Masoneilan products
  • Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams in a global‑matrix environment
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an inclusive working style
  • Availability to travel for business up to 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in technical sales and customer solutions within the energy technology sector
  • Familiarity with Masoneilan products and their applications in various industries
  • Strong network within the energy sector and related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth in complex environments
