• Collaborate with Outside Sales team members to drive customer outreach and market penetration
• Build strong relationships with key customers through virtual appointments and outbound phone calls
• Consistently meet or exceed activity requirements and sales quotas
• Partner with schools and childcare centers to assess ongoing educational needs
• Conduct virtual product presentations to familiarize customers with proprietary services

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in making high volume outbound sales calls in an Inside Sales and/or Outside Sales role
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality
• Solid presentation skills and ability to address customer needs at various levels
• Top‑notch written and verbal communication skills

• Track record of sales success within the early childhood and K–5 education sector
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Highly coachable with eagerness to learn and accept feedback
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
