What to Expect

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Manage major accounts by leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets as set by the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records and sales forecasts in the CRM system
What is Required
  • Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas, particularly in selling complex enterprise software
  • Experience engaging C-suite executives using a consultative, value-based approach
  • Strong ability to lead detailed sales processes and manage full-cycle deals
  • Deep understanding of AI and its application in sales contexts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • College degree preferred
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfort in ambiguous situations
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams
  • Experience in developing and executing account plans
