Position: Regional Sales Manager, Channel (Southeast - Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with growth objectives for rack solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through engagement with channel partners, distributors, and end users
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools in collaboration with local offices
  • Conduct site walks and support solution design collaboration with engineering resources
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and customer engagement to ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Strong communication skills across various media
  • Proven ability to build relationships with IT, facilities, engineering, and procurement stakeholders
  • Highly organized with excellent problem‑solving abilities and pipeline management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience managing a territory with significant partner and end user engagement
  • Familiarity with data center, IT infrastructure, or related markets
  • Knowledge of the data center industry and channel ecosystem
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies and enterprise customers
  • Understanding of rack systems and related infrastructure environments
