• Make outbound calls to loyal customers to promote additional pest control services.
• Answer inbound calls from potential new customers seeking solutions for their homes and yards.
• Document sales and process payments accurately.
• Open doors to new opportunities through referrals and perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Remote sales experience.
• Confidence and efficiency in speaking over the phone with prospective customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers and various software, including Microsoft Office and industry‑specific programs.

• Spanish fluency is plus.
• Ambition to win right without sacrificing relationships or ethics.
