- Support the creation and execution of strategies for Broker Distribution to meet sales and profitability objectives
- Meet annual sales goals as established by sales leadership
- Strengthen and grow broker relationships through regular meetings and effective communication
- Drive a pipeline of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with underwriting, product, and compliance teams to align on deliverables related to broker relationships
- 5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a proven presence in the broker marketplace
- College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data to support decision-making
- High degree of integrity and ability to act transparently while prioritizing organizational goals
- Self‑reflective and committed to continuous improvement in performance
- Strong performance orientation with a drive for results
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate confidently with various stakeholders
- Innovative mindset capable of developing new ideas and business models
