What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Author and maintain concise value messaging, talk tracks, objection handling, and competitive battle cards
  • Lead sales enablement programs to enhance proficiency in account management and business development
  • Package new solutions into actionable sales playbooks and certify field teams for readiness
  • Manage the enablement library content, ensuring version control and accessibility
  • Track program adoption and impact, adjusting initiatives based on performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of a degree or equivalent experience, typically requiring 4+ years in relevant roles
  • Proven experience in Sales/Revenue/Field Enablement or Sales Strategy with measurable impact on ramp and win rates
  • Strong writing skills for go-to-market materials and content stewardship
  • Proficiency in Outreach.io and Salesforce
  • Experience in building employee onboarding and training programs for account management and business development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Background in designing sales processes, training programs, or onboarding frameworks
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and customer messaging
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments to drive unified sales initiatives
  • Experience developing go-to-market plans and sales plays
