• Define critical markets and establish new customer relationships in the assigned sales territory (Phoenix, Tucson, and Albuquerque area)
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Prepare comprehensive quarterly reports on sales growth and performance
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to provide tailored solutions for customers
• Lead regular business reviews with major customers to identify and unlock additional sales opportunities

• 5-7 years of field sales experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry
• Knowledge of the assigned market/territory, including customers and competition
• Proven ability to articulate complex strategies and execute them effectively
• Proficiency in sales tracking systems, including  and Oracle

• Recent industry experience in the electronics sector
• Ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment
• Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo
