Position: Sr Associate, New Equipment Sales

Location: Remote, Florida (OFLH: Florida Home Offices Remote Location, Remote City, FL, 33408 USA)

Responsibilities
  • Generate eLog estimates and proposals for office sales through the marketing sales lead pipeline. Responsible for ensuring leads are followed up and closed in the system.
  • Follow up with on‑ and off‑portfolio customers contacted by an Otis digital campaign.
  • Target low‑rise building markets selling Otis standard model product offerings (1–2 unit projects).
  • Work closely with the OA Sales Manager to provide new equipment estimates and proposals to offices experiencing bid overflow.
  • Project manage all sold projects from start to finish.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to handle difficult customers/situations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow standard processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
  • Self‑motivated, able to manage simultaneous projects and responsibilities with minimal oversight.
  • Prior technical sales experience with knowledge of the elevator industry preferred.
