Position: REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR - WORKFORCE HOSPITALITY, NC, FL (REMOTE)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Regional Sales Director will identify and grow new business for hospitality amenities in corporate services & specialty venues including front desk, concierge and meeting management services and drop off catering
. This position is remote with up to 50% travel. Candidate MUST live in the assigned territory:
North Carolina or Florida.

We offer a significant six-figure earning potential with base salary and commissions—uncapped. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business revenue while ensuring strong profitability
  • Identify key targets in the corporate services environment and develop/execute a pursuit strategy that results in new business
  • Develop winning sales proposals and respond to complex RFPs
  • Build rapport and key relationships over the long-term selling cycle at multiple levels within the client organization
  • Identify necessary support resources to successfully close new business
  • Partner with operating colleagues to develop winning solution and pricing strategies
  • Communicate effectively across the organization both horizontally and vertically
  • Execution of the Compass Sales Process
  • Consistently exceed sales quota
  • Based in a major U.S. city in the southeast with preference in South Florida or Charlotte
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in new business development; previous experience within a similar or high touch/white glove service type industry
  • Experience in catering/events is a plus
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets
  • Experience developing winning sales proposals and responding to complex RFPs
  • Strong computer skills and experience with CRM
  • Ability to represent the organization at industry events
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize; strong time management
  • High energy, positive attitude and excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned territory and occasionally outside of it
  • Team player who contributes to a top-caliber sales organization
  • BA or equivalent experience
