Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased vacation getaways or received free nights to assist with booking
  • Utilize persuasive sales techniques and exceptional customer service skills to increase revenue and ensure tour volume
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while engaging with customers
  • Work independently while being detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to prepare for post-training schedules
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
  • Only candidates from the Orlando, FL area (within 50 miles) will be considered
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the hospitality or travel industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
