What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the end-to-end franchise sales process, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical sales practices
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to optimize franchise network growth
  • Collaborate with marketing to design recruitment campaigns and promotional materials
  • Manage CRM workflows to track candidate progress and report on key performance indicators
  • Facilitate onboarding and training programs for new franchisees to ensure their long-term success
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3–5 years of experience in franchise sales or business development, ideally in service, medical, or fitness sectors
  • Strong understanding of the franchise lifecycle, including FDD compliance and ethical sales practices
  • Proficiency with franchise CRM systems such as Fran Connect, Hub Spot, or Salesforce
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching abilities
  • Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Demonstrated strength in risk assessment, problem-solving, and influencing decision-makers
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with the medical or fitness industries and their respective sales cycles
