• Manage an account portfolio through telephone interactions, providing exemplary customer service and product knowledge
• Quote Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accurate pricing in all quotes
• Identify new sales opportunities and maintain accounts through customer service and order management
• Provide after-sales service to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Collaborate with internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction and effective sales strategies

• Must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person
• Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2–4 years of experience, or a high school diploma with equivalent related experience
• Developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
• Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills in straightforward situations

• Experience in sales or customer service in a related field
• Familiarity with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
• Ability to influence and interact at multiple organizational levels
• Proficiency in managing accounts and understanding market dynamics
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
