Job Description
As a Marketing Professional Trainee, you will enroll in our company-paid 12‑month training program that will involve job shadowing with seasoned sales representatives as they visit clients and sell our software products. You will present our Reynolds solutions to prospects and customers and to collect competitive intelligence information to support our sales team. Leading up to the presentation, you will facilitate the discovery process as well as the planning and coordination of the products, marketing strategy and field representatives needed to meet the expectations of the customer.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Deliver best in class solution presentations to OEMs, partners, and other companies within the automotive industry
- Participate in trade shows/industry events
- Coordinate your own schedule and work one‑on‑one with the salesperson to set up presentations
- Monitor individual workload and prioritize responsibilities
- Use of time for learning, growth, and development
- To train and support, it requires core physical abilities:
- Driving company vehicles and occasional airfare travel
- Sitting, walking, and standing throughout the workday
- Some company‑paid overnight travel required – travel accommodations and overnight stays will be made by the company
- Ability to travel 75% during training, 50% after training is complete
- Bachelor’s degree, College diploma, or equivalent experience
- Automotive experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
- Ability to travel to the United States for training when deemed appropriate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be bilingual in Canadian French and English
