• Field 30-40 inbound calls per day, actively listening and documenting customer details
• Analyze customer needs and provide logical solutions to assist in their DNA testing decisions
• Explain the employer's products and services professionally via phone, email, text message, or chat
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to overcome objections and successfully close sales
• Maintain professionalism and sensitivity while handling confidential or emotional inquiries

• One (1) to two (2) years of previous sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
