Compensation
Base Pay: $15 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
Commission (New Customers Only – First 12 Months Only):
- 15% of residential revenue generated (first year only)
- 20% of first-year commercial contract value
Commission is paid on collected revenue only.
Additional performance-based bonuses available.

We are a growing pest and mosquito control company serving the Austin market. We currently maintain over 100 recurring mosquito customers and are expanding our commercial and residential presence.
In addition to pest and mosquito services, we provide holiday lights installation services beginning after Labor Day each year, creating additional seasonal sales opportunities.
Our focus is on building long-term partnerships and recurring service contracts.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive new recurring revenue through professional networking and relationship building.
This role is focused on developing commercial and residential partnerships within the Austin area.
This is not a door-to-door sales role.
This is a professional networking and business development position.
Key Responsibilities- Develop relationships with property managers, HOAs, apartment communities, and commercial properties
- Build partnerships with real estate professionals and local businesses
- Attend networking events and business associations
- Conduct in-person meetings and site visits
- Present service proposals
- Build recurring service contracts
- Track and manage sales pipeline
- Coordinate onboarding with operations team
- Minimum 10 new relationship touches per week
- 3 in-person meetings per week
- Consistent proposal generation
- Measurable recurring revenue growth
This is a performance-driven role with structured accountability.
Qualifications- 2+ years experience in business development or B2B sales
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with the Austin business community preferred
- Service industry experience is a plus
