We aim to help every customer access financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Business Development Manager in Florida to join our team.
You will support the sales needs for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is Monday to Friday, with availability during nights and weekends to address client needs and to allow for on-site presence.
- Identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and develop strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with team members and provide updates during regular communications.
- Coordinate with marketing on outreach campaigns, respond to client inquiries, and track progress against goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strategic mindset and analytical ability to identify market opportunities and develop tailored proposals.
- Technical proficiency with CRM, data analysis, and project management tools to track interactions and ensure efficient workflows.
- Driving and insurance requirements: valid driver’s license, access to a reliable personal vehicle, proof of auto liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Adherence to company policies regarding driving practices, including the responsible use of GPS and mobile devices.
The role is Monday through Friday, with evening and weekend hours for client meetings and site visits. You will work remotely from Florida within the designated geographic area.
