The Commission Sales Associate role is a full-time, remote position. The associate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets through strategic outreach and negotiation. This includes developing a deep understanding of Fluid Print Works' product offerings, effectively presenting solutions to clients, and keeping track of the sales process and market trends to optimize performance.

Collaboration with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction is a key aspect of the role.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, as well as excellent interpersonal communication
• Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to analyze sales data and trends to strategize effectively
• Knowledge of digital marketing and branding is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and self-motivation for success in a remote work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
