Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside and outside Sales (Office / Showroom Based) position located in Carefree, AZ, with occasional opportunities to work from home. The individual in this role will focus on fostering client relationships, managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and handling sales inquiries. Daily tasks will include maintaining communication with clients, coordinating administrative and office tasks, and supporting sales growth through exceptional service and organizational skills.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging clients effectively and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Experience in estimating and closing deals.
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Basic Accounting skills to assist with financial documentation and invoicing processes.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency in using office software and technology tools.
  • Background or experience in sales or construction-related industries is must.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in related fields is advantageous.
  • 2 years minimum experience selling Windows and doors.
