What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop, implement, and manage the channel sales strategy to achieve company sales objectives
  • Drive revenue growth through the development and management of key channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners for mutual growth
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of channel partners
  • Lead and mentor a team of Channel Sales Managers to maximize sales and profitability
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-7 years of relevant partnerships, sales, or business development experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people in a Channel Sales capacity
  • Proven track record of leading channel teams through rapid growth
  • Experience with in a cloud-native, technical infrastructure SaaS business
  • Strong operational rigor with a data-driven approach to sales operations

  • Experience in developing processes and strategies that enable the channel organization to scale effectively
  • Demonstrated success in improving sales enablement, hiring practices, and productivity
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving marketplace
  • Experience in building and developing a world-class channel partner team
  • Familiarity with market analysis and competitive landscape in channel sales
