This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Ashtabula, OH, with some flexibility for remote work. As an Agency Development Manager at Colonial Life, you will focus on recruiting, training, and coaching new agents in your assigned area to help them achieve success. Your daily responsibilities will include developing agency strategies, building relationships with clients and potential team members, managing performance, and ensuring successful implementation of company sales and operational goals.

You will also work closely with team leaders and leverage company resources to drive growth and support business objectives.

• Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to prospect and recruit agents
• Proven ability in leadership, team management, and coaching professionals towards achieving goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships
• Expertise in strategy development, performance management, and goal-setting
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to support remote work and operations
• Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
