Job Summary

We’re seeking a motivated Cantonese-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, and support pipeline growth in Cantonese-speaking markets. You’ll play a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint across Hong Kong and other APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, Linked In, and cold calls to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Engage with inbound leads in a professional, consultative manner.
  • Qualify prospects based on specific criteria and schedule product demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the company’s CRM (Hub Spot or Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide regular feedback on lead quality, market trends, and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (both written and verbal).
  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing (SaaS or B2B preferred).
  • Comfortable communicating with business decision-makers in Hong Kong and other Cantonese-speaking markets.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and highly organized with excellent time management.
