- Develop targeted customer campaigns to increase sales of Masoneilan MRO Aftermarket products
- Conduct in-depth assessments of industry segments and develop customer value propositions
- Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners to drive Aftermarket MRO growth
- Conduct technical sales calls and training sessions on Masoneilan products
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or 10+ years of related valves technical solutions experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service with Masoneilan products
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Availability to travel for business up to 50% of the time
- Experience in technical sales within the energy sector
- Familiarity with Masoneilan products and solutions
- Proven track record of developing strategic customer relationships
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
