What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop targeted customer campaigns to increase sales of Masoneilan MRO Aftermarket products
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of industry segments and develop customer value propositions
  • Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners to drive Aftermarket MRO growth
  • Conduct technical sales calls and training sessions on Masoneilan products
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or 10+ years of related valves technical solutions experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service with Masoneilan products
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Availability to travel for business up to 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in technical sales within the energy sector
  • Familiarity with Masoneilan products and solutions
  • Proven track record of developing strategic customer relationships
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
