What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Act as the "CEO" of your territory, identifying high‑potential prospects and managing a healthy sales pipeline
  • Manage the full‑cycle sales process from outreach to contract negotiation

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Proven track record of exceeding annual quotas with complex sales cycles (6‑12 months)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
  • Resilience and a "bias for action" in adapting to market changes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Formal sales training in methodologies such as Sandler, MEDDIC, or Challenger
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools like Outreach, Gong, or Linked In Sales Navigator
