As a Dispositions Agent, your job is to market and sell investment properties to flippers, landlords, and real estate agents. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals. We are looking for a driven professional who wants to grow with a high standards team, make a real impact, and build a long‑term sales career alongside a fast‑growing company.

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
• Experience in wholesale real estate is highly valued.

• Must be available 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST with the expectation that some time outside of these hours may be required. (i.e., Evenings and Weekends).

• For individuals demonstrating exemplary effort and results over a 10-12 month period, there's an opportunity for promotion.

• At the 10‑month mark, your performance will undergo review. We consider both quantitative metrics and qualitative aspects such as teamwork, positivity, openness, and responsibility.

• While the role may demand flexibility beyond typical office hours, there's flexibility within the workweek to accommodate personal requirements.
