- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of large enterprise customers, focusing on retention, growth, and value realization
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including adoption, renewal readiness, and expansion opportunities
- Prepare customers for renewals by articulating delivered value and outcomes through executive-ready presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of renewal strategies and contractual documentation
- Proactively identify and manage customer risks, developing account growth strategies aligned with customer goals
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a B2B client-facing role (customer success, professional services, sales, or account management)
- Demonstrated technical acumen in supporting customer implementation and optimization of SaaS solutions
- Strong data literacy and understanding of core talent acquisition metrics
- Proven ability to advocate for customers and drive issues to resolution
- Experience with SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, Service Now, SAP, or Workday preferred
- Domain expertise in recruitment and talent management
- Experience working with HRIT systems
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Proven track record in process improvement and decision-making
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
