• Conduct daily store visits and act as the main point of contact – you’re on the road 50–80% of the time
• Build a relationship with retail sales partners.
• Provide product knowledge and sales training to strengthen sales performance.
• Lead regional marketing events.
• Gather market intel and report on market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
• Help manage inventory.
• Resolve any issues that could affect brand integrity and presence in the market.
• Support planning and promotional activities in the field.
• Merchandising support.
• Training and booth support for trade show events.
• Interact daily with consumers, dealers, trade members, and the design committee in person, via phone/email, and live chat.
• Provide white glove service by recommending tailored solutions to the customer to drive brand loyalty and ensure superior after‑sale service and support.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on premium products and address installation inquiries.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and spirit with a drive to exceed sales goals.
• 3–5 years of retail sales, outbound preferred, or sales management experience is essential.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Home office — this role is 100% remote aside from training.
• Exceptional communication skills, whether emailing, calling, or speaking with a customer live.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle daily.
• Ability to travel within the market daily.
