- Maintain confidentiality and consistently meet or exceed various KPI targets
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a call center focused on outbound sales
- Ability to quickly build rapport and overcome objections
- Strong desire to earn a higher income in a bonus-driven sales environment
- Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask using various software applications
- Capability to connect your computer directly to your modem using an Ethernet cable while working
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Familiarity with telecom, finance, technology, or security products and services
